Merchants remain responsible for reviewing product information, content, supplier information, and other materials before using or publishing them.
5. Third-Party Product Sources
Black Harbor may allow merchants to work with product information obtained from third-party websites, suppliers, marketplaces, or other sources.

Information is shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain Black Harbor or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
7. Artificial Intelligence
Some Black Harbor features may use artificial intelligence to analyze information and generate product content, recommendations, summaries, classifications, or other merchant-facing results.
Information necessary to perform these functions may be processed by technology providers used to deliver those features.
Merchants should review AI-generated or AI-assisted content before publishing or relying upon it.
8. Data Storage and Security

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Data Retention
Black Harbor retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, provide requested functionality, satisfy legitimate business and security requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized.
10. App Uninstallation and Data Deletion
When a merchant uninstalls Black Harbor, access to the merchant's Shopify store through the application's authorization is terminated in accordance with Shopify's platform processes.
Black Harbor processes applicable Shopify privacy and compliance requests and will delete or anonymize applicable stored information when required.
Merchants may also contact Black Harbor to request deletion of information associated with their use of the application.
